PHP vs. IOP: Which Mental Health Program Is Right for You?

Overview

Choosing between a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is one of the most important decisions in starting your healing journey. Both offer structured, evidence-based, holistic care designed specifically for women — but they differ in intensity, time commitment, and who they're best suited for.

At Emerge Treatment in Draper, Utah, we offer both levels of care so you can find the program that truly fits where you are right now. Here's everything you need to know to make a confident, informed decision.
