Insurance & Payment Options at Emerge Treatment
At Emerge Treatment, we believe that getting the mental health support you need shouldn’t feel overwhelming. We work with a variety of insurance plans and can help you understand your benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs before you begin treatment.
Our admissions team will verify your benefits and walk you through your coverage, so you can make an informed decision about your care.

Insurance Accepted and Payment Options
At Emerge Treatment, we strive to make our services accessible to everyone. We offer a variety of payment options to accommodate different needs:
-
Insurance: We are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna/Evernorth, U of U Health Plans, EMI Health, DMBA, HMHI BHN, PEHP, Select Health, United Health, Optum and certain Medicaid plans. We can also accept out-of-network insurances.
-
Private Pay: We accept private pay clients.
-
Sliding Scale: We offer a limited number of sliding scale opportunities to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent you from receiving the care you need.
If you have any questions about our payment options, or need assistance with insurance verification, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Will I Know How Much Treatment Will Cost?
We don't want you to be surprised by your bill.
Before starting treatment, we'll review your insurance benefits and provide an estimated cost based on the information available to us. While we cannot guarantee what your insurance company will ultimately pay, we'll do our best to help you understand your expected financial responsibility before you begin.
Don't Have Insurance?
Don't have insurance? You still have options.
If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan isn't accepted by Emerge, contact our admissions team to learn more about private-pay options and available payment arrangements.
