About Madi
Madi Harper is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Co-Founder, and Executive Director of Emerge Treatment — a women-only holistic mental health center in Draper, Utah serving women across Salt Lake City, Lehi, and the greater Utah area.
Madi earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College in 2018 and brings over a decade of clinical experience across outpatient, day treatment, inpatient, and residential levels of care. She also holds a Mental Health Officer Certification and a State Crisis Worker Certification, reflecting her deep commitment to comprehensive, responsive women's mental health care.
Madi specializes in trauma recovery and OCD treatment for women and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and exposure-based therapies — highly effective, evidence-based approaches for women healing from complex trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Her clinical philosophy is rooted in creating safe, empowering environments where women can reconnect with themselves, build lasting resilience, and move from surviving to truly thriving. Madi founded Emerge Treatment out of a deeply personal passion for serving women — particularly young adults — who deserve specialized, compassionate care designed specifically for them.
